Service
Shadr is a gateway. We forward your requests to model providers, strip identifying information on the way out, and bill you for what the providers charge plus our rate. We do not train models and do not promise which provider serves a request, only that it is one on our list.
Acceptable use
Do not use Shadr to break the law, to attack systems you do not control, or to generate material that is illegal where you or we are. We cannot read your prompts, so enforcement is by provider reports and payment signals. Accounts that draw abuse reports are closed with the balance refunded.
Billing
Account access requires Privy sign-in. Credit is prepaid in USDC through wallet-approved payments on Base. Plan credit expires at the end of the billing period and is replaced when a new plan is purchased; deposits do not expire. Only USDC sent to your deposit addresses is credited; other tokens are lost. Unspent deposits can be returned to the address they came from on request.
Data
We retain what the privacy section says we retain and nothing else. If a lawful order compels us to produce records, those records are the ones listed there.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
